The poor decision you made by not refunding the game immediately is yours, and yours alone OP, and no law is going to get out out of your own personal responsibility.
The game works fine for thousands of other players, so the issue is not the game.
And as the problem's clearly on *your* end you don't even need to think about further steps as they only apply if a game is indeed broken - which isn't the case here as thouuuusands of users have finished it without a single problem.
Why did you wait a month and not just refund immediately? Did you want to "give the game a chance"? Cause that's not smart reasoning.
I apologise for my ignorance, and I appreciate the feedback that has been given from those who have given it.
