I just realized my account is hacked or phished
Hello!
I just realized my account is hacked or phished. Their modus operandi was asking my help in winning their logo in a victorygamerchamps website. I think it was in that website that my steam account was hacked. The thing is I forgot who was the person that I chatted with and when was it. I know it was on August. The thing is due to school and work in the past few weeks, I did not have time to chat with my friends. Then just today, I noticed that many of my friends are now BLOCKED. I tried chatting them then I realized that I blocked all communications (which I did not). When I unblocked one of my friends, he said that it must be because of the site that I talked about. I got confused and when I checked the previous chat, someone chatted him using my account.

What should I do? I changed my password now. Should I uninstall and reinstall my steam guard? I have many friends that are still blocked. I unblocked some, and there were some chatting attempts under my account.

Your account is compromised.

Do not trade until your account is secured.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. Use your own antivirus programm or use https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Kudos to Lilim for the quick and accurate response.

In the future if a website requests you to sign into a website using Steam, don't. You should only sign into the official steam website with your credentials.

I'm glad you got things handled before anything too drastic happened, if your steam account shared any passwords with other sites, I'd advise you change for those sites too.
