Can't purchase games because Steam is asking to leave family view.

I'm not in family view mode yet is constantly asking me to leave it and says my pin is wrong.

This is on the client beta. Likely an issue with that. You have no forum for bug reports for whatever reason so here it is letting you know it's not working correctly.
