Only they can work with you and give any information you're authorized to see.
That means, you need to contact Support and see what's going on there.
Cheers
The key word is "appears". You're not being accused of it as much as the fraud protection measures are just flagging your account for follow up, just in case.
There should be a link in that message to open a Support ticket. Probably the "Contact Steam Support" words.
We've seen others get this message and get it cleared up after working with Support.
Contacted them about an hour ago, we'll see what happens, thanks.
Normally the transaction would just not complete but if you have a fraud lock the only way to undo it is to get the money to Valve.
This for example can happen when a guardian buys something for a dependent with their card. It’s a simple safety feature.
my friend got the same message. problem is he has 1000euro inventory on cs2 that just vanished. Is this really steam or is it just a scam
did you get your account back? my friend who has 1000euro inventory that just vanished had the same thing appear on his steam accout. He contacted support and they said it should be resolved in 48hours. Is this steam or is it some kind of scam.
What you posted here sounds like your friend is still talking to the scammer and NOT Steam Support because Steam Support doesn't tell people, "it should be resolved in 48 hours."
