Report a translation problem
One aside, however: Any game that has been banned from Steam will never count ANY metrics to one's account - achievement metrics, number of games in library, etc. - and their achievements will not be displayed on showcases.
1. Nearly all Free2Play games don't count. Unless you paid to make it a premium license. This is different than the free for a limited time games.

So they limited it to try and reduce games that literally are only made to boost achievement numbers.
Alien Swarm: Reactive Drop was never Profile Features Limited, and it didn't make any money until it added donations very recently.
I would rather have 300 achievements I worked to earn, than have 10k that I did not work for.
