Fallout 4 Vr Headset Lag Please Help

When i installed fallout 4 Vr it worked perfect for about 4-5 hours on recommended setting which happened to be max settings...installed everything and put the headset on and played no modification to setting....then like all Bethesda games it crashed...When i restarted my pc and the game it was super laggy....i uninstalled reinstalled the vr headset driver didnt help...i uninstalled and reinstalled the game didnt help...tried starting a new Character didnt help...Tried messing with the settings didnt help...like i said it was playing perfectly right out of the box untill the first crash...ive tried ram scrubbers didnt help...tried allowing access through my anti-virus software didnt help...tried reinstalling the newest video drivers...there is no lag on the monitor only in the headset..the performance graph for steam Vr always says im running redline between 25-45 m\s out of 11.1 m\s after the crash i dont know what it was before the crash...my system is more then the Recommended requirements...i dont understand why it would work perfectly for hours and then not work correctly after that...the only thing i havent done is reinstall windows but i dont know if that would help...Skyrim work flawlessly on max settings...does anyone know how to fix this?
