Using controller on steam causing micro-stutter

I will make this short. My controller is 8bitdo bluetooth ultimate controller, I used it wirelessly 2.4 ghz. Perfectly working before steam ui update. Now it causes micro-stutter like every 10 seconds, instantly no stutter when I disconnect the controller. This is while gaming, no need to restart. Thing that I did.

Tweak setting on controller general and game setting, use controller in wired. Rollback game controller driver. I feel like it is not the driver, cause it is working before. And still working perfectly on non-steam games.
