After update Steam doesnt see my installed games

It only sees my 1 hard drive and doesnt see games at all

you need to re-add the libraries under steam -> settings -> storage

i just did, it recognized only one game out of 4

I have to re-add the SSD library every time I restart steam after the patch a week or 2 ago. It is most annoying.
