Sync steam cloud
I been waitng from a long time and i cant still play (i dont wanna lost my data). What should i do? Some tip or something? Its fixed or somebody have the same problem? I try restart my computer, close and open steam and nanai, nothing work.

Which game? Right click the game in the properties enable the cloud sync Steam will now show it either use update or if mis matched select the saves Local Data on your HDD so you wont lose anything.

Ensure Cloud Synchronization Is Enabled in Steam
Open the Steam client. In the top-left corner, click on the Steam menu and select Settings. Navigate to the Cloud tab in the left sidebar. Ensure "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for applications that support it" is checked.
