If game is blocked in your region, then no. You can not activate tings that are blocked in your region. You also can't play games blocked in your region thru family share.
Depends. If your store region is still set to the country in which the game is blocked it may still not work.
It depends if the game is just not available in your region, then any global key will work.
Or if the game activation is also blocked, then it will not activate if your account is set to the country in which its blocked.
As I said, if you think an exploit, Valve has already blocked it ages ago. The requirement I mentioned were put in place exactly to prevent what you're trying to do and have been in place more than a year.
You won't get banned trying to activate blocked game code, no. It just simply won't work on your Steam account unless you change the region first.
As I added above, it simply won't work. It can only be activated in region it's not blocked at and to change the region you need accepted local payment method attached to valid residence address in the new region and make a purchase using that local payment method.
No, there is no way around it. Trying to bypass it may get your account suspended or terminated.
