my account is hacked and i dont know how to get rid of the hacker from my account. he has purchased items on my steam account and sent out some scam link to all my steam friends and changed my pfp to some qr code, pleas help

All the steps, in order...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Your account is hijacked*.

Don't use strange sites, gambling sites, etc with your login credentials.
