Report a translation problem
Profile page. Report.
5th option. "They are involved in theft, scamming, fraud or other malicious activity"
5th option again. "They are sending suspicious links"
Visit their profile page.
Click the down arrow (it used to say "More" but I guess they wanted to add obscurity) and the bottom item on that menu is Report User.
Then you get a popup window where you choose the category of why they are getting reported.
For bad urls pick the posting suspicious urls.
In the text box paste the entire conversation.
And send it on its way...
You should then follow(if you want to watch all their scammy screen-name changes) but certainly block them and anyone they directly asked you to contact(if its one of the other popular scams).
