However, I had to scroll down a bit, past the ones that didn't show a rating at all; as such, it's more like "the lowest of those that actually have a rating".
Which means that the reviews haven't been updated. It's better now but was a burning mess when it released.
I also own The Legend of Candlewind: Nights & Candles so I don't think the list works properly.
Stuff like that depends on the people.
Myself, I play a game once, then it gets a thumb-up/down, and I move on. Changes to the game made afterwards don't matter to me.
IIRC, there's only been one exception to this so far -- and that was a vastly different situation where a publisher "re-used" an existing appId for a related but very different game, so they could inherit the reviews from the previous game. That was simply unacceptable -- I changed the review from thumb-up to thumb-down, added a note at the top explaining that I hadn't actually played *this* game, and left the existing text as it was before.
