To the right of the 2K image is a green button. Does it have a check mark and Following in it?
How many curators/developers/publishers are you ignoring and following in total?
Followed... https://store.steampowered.com/curators/mycurators/
Ignored... https://store.steampowered.com/curators/ignored_curators/?
= You are not following any eligible Steam Curators. You can click here to learn more about curators.
2nd link: Ignored... https://store.steampowered.com/curators/ignored_curators/?
Small popup stating "oops, undo this" which I clicked and it is now unblocked. Thank you! This link has dozens of blocked curators which I have never read or heard of. I rarely read any curator content except from the developer. I wonder how they became blocked? 93 total curators blocked somehow.
Any tips how to block EA, Square Enix, Bethesda etc (corporations with mandatory privacy data harvesting TOS)?
I am good with devs who collect 'only' anonymous metrics to better games, but mandatory TOS legal contracts you can't opt out of with privacy harvesting big data corporations do it to enrich themselves at our expense.
Anyone curious on the subject of Big Data privacy harvesting and its effects on end users should read "The Industry of Landlords: Exploring the Assetization of the Triple-A Game" by
Alexander Bernevega and Alex Gekker in 'Games and Culture Volume 17, Issue 1', located on journals.sagepub website.
Uninstall steam.
Quite sure that they collect the same data as anyone else..... Otherwise they could not collect certain data from their own games....
I am positive reading different TOS legal contracts that all developers do NOT harvest privacy data. Maybe educate yourself about Big Data, privacy harvesting, Red Shell game integration and removal etc.
The one thing Steam got right is they actually ASK you if you want to share your private data. They also have a curator list of games with RED SHELL, and games that have complied with the community requests in removing this Big Data scraping tool from their game.

EA, Warner Brothers and other game corporations harvest biometric data including voice samples and personal data including face, retinal, or fingerprint scans with VR. They 'legally' through TOS' collect name, phone numbers, address, age, names of your relatives/friends, email addresses, social media accounts, banking data etc. and they use AI to mesh it together with data broker sources in massive databases for financial gain. There are compartmental data harvesters that only collect machine data(RED SHELL), machine fingerprint to ID you no matter where you go and resell that data without regard to consequences to us. I could be like you and use the ostridge approach and bury my head in the ground, or stay active managing who gets my data and use privacy services such as deleteme, incogni and others to delete stolen data from the web.
All any of them need to do it allow us to opt out.
To get back on point with the purpose of this post is asking how do I block a game studio
/ corporation such as EA games so I don't see their games in the store?
