How to send in Index for repairs.

So it is past the year warranty but my Index is having issues with red, green, and yellow vertical lines. I go to support page for the Index but under the "What problems are you having with this product?" it is blank. I'm not seeing how to contact to send it in to get it fixed, even if I have to pay for it.

Do I not use steam since the warranty is up?

I still was not finding anything, it just keeps going to the FAQ page and that's it. Tried about every blue txt or link I could. I'm prob just blind but I've went through things numerous times and I'm not getting anywhere.

Ended up contacting support by going to accessories and just telling them I was trying to start a repair process on my Index. I'll see what they say.
