achievement popup on a game's library page slow

Is the achievement popup on a game's library page really slow for everyone? The old style achievement page you can still access from the store page is fine, but looking at the new popup in the library makes steam chug. It's the only issue I've had with the new steam but it's very annoying.

Hello, I had this problem today, but reading and looking at things in the Steam settings, I solved mine, if you still have this problem, do the following:

Go to Settings > Interface

Enable all options except (in my case) "Start Big Picture Mode" and "Ask which account to use when starting Steam"

After I did this, I restarted Steam, it worked, the page that opens when viewing Achievements is normal, it doesn't slow down when scrolling.
