Why does steam say "there was a problem loading this screenshot"?

This has been going on for 3 weeks now! I want to upload screenshots that I screenshotted in games like PPG! If someone can help, please help because I want to upload screenshots of what I made.

It won't let me view any screenshots since the recent update, and please give an answer if you know what's going on.

another solution, restart the steam application! It works on me earlier hehe

Valve broke the screenshot manager back in June and never bothered fixing it. That's why. Restarting the client is the way I've been fixing the problem you described. I didn't know a simple internet restart would do it.

Still broken for me, restarting app never fixed it. Not sure what to do to fix this.

Have you tried the "Internet Restart" Method I did? If yes, I am not sure what you could do.
