Or so you think.
Been around long enough to hear it change several times already.

Said by different people, no doubt.

Was a good time :) only wish future iterations had anything as good/fun.

3D Snake, was great too.

This old Majong game for Windows too, unfortunately I do not remember it's name.
No Solitare XP?

3D Snake wasn't bad. You mean Mahjong Titans? Had a bit of fun with it. Can never remember how to play the game tho lol.

Nah, the Majong I remember was some sort of 3D majong with some Egyptian symbols and 3D backgrounds... I can't find it anywhere on the internet.

So unless I'm suffering from the infamous Mandela Effect it must exist somewhere.
Do you mean rahjongg the curse of ra from 1998?

I believe it was bundled with some Packard Bell PC's at that time but it was not from Microsoft Corporation itself. I can vaguely remember it was on a separate CD that you could add to the Packard Bell Navigator as a interactive item.

Ironically enough this thing navigated better than Windows 11 now does with its apps search function.

Your welcome its still being sold to this day the demo is available below. Though I can't say how good it runs on 11 with emulation.

Once upon a time the same was said about Windows XP. And look where we are now.

one of the best anti virus is using common sense with unblock origins on web surving

zero f***ing issues

most anti virus are the virus itelf
you do realise not even that will save you, right? you either let your guard down or get caught by surprise. the best antivirus IS TO NOT USE A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 15 YEAR OLD OPERATING SYSTEM! Obviously!

love how you don't even understand the point of antiviruses, it's mean for deterring amateurish hackers or anyone with a laptop, if people actually wanna hack your system they just will without question. Of course that can only happen if you share your home network's password which i'm sure you do

Valve is still selling games that require Win7 for compatibility.
Which games are causing you issues?

every single game released from 2003 to 2015 has compatibility issues that require fixing which even then leads to a less optimized experience. Even popular games like dragon age origins and fallout 3 are so much easier and smoother to run on 7 and plus you don't need to download anything for a seamless experience.

P.S for registry fixes sometimes you have to clean install the damn windows 10 or just a steam or driver compatibility issue like with saints row 4

Doesn't change what people said about W7 when Steam dropped XP Support back in 2019.

I am surprised no one mentioned Windows 2000 NT series yet.
That beats just ran. Back in the day when Microsoft still had an actual corporate development team completely separate from the residential development team. The difference in quality control and kernel development became rapid noticeable when they launched ME next to 2000.

Never have I seen a worse release by a company while at the same time they were able to launch for the time the best release there was on the market. Quite an achievement.

Windows ME is dubbed "Mistake Edition" for a very good reason indeed.

I never, ever, used a more unstable operating system in my entire life. Sure, there's maybe worse out there but from what I personally experienced, ME takes the crown.

Well technically its about if an Terms of Service update vs ongoing old system requirements information holds any legal validity for requiring Steam and its publishers to keep supporting the product for End Of Life Operating Systems still being advertised.

Actually, the relevant part of the subscriber agreement have been there since the beginning. Everybody who read it at any point in time would have seen this coming.
