I've never used GOG before, but starting to think it might be better then Steam.

It has way less bugs..

Some of current bugs are already fixed in beta branch. Either opt in to beta or just wait for an update.
New things always have bugs. And I admit, that Valve should make sure, that all those bugs are gone BEFORE they release a new client, but the amount of hysteria new launcher created is just dumb.

I'm on the beta branch nothing is fixed, its worse today than its ever been.

i am also on beta branch now and its great to use although i be reverting back to normal updates since i don't opt in to beta but yeah alot of bugs are fixxed

in Game Sales / List of Games...

I'm just looking for any Site with both old / new Games
that isn't as problematic as Steam is. Any Site will do.

I'm having a hard time looking for one, & best I can come up with is EPIC Games.
--- Origin = Only just got more Games on their Store, but it's all EA Games
--- UPlay = Is As Bad As Steam Is Right Now With Problems
--- Blizzard = Doesn't Have A Large Enough Store Front Yet
--- Bethesda = Doesn't Have A Large Enough Store Front Yet
--- Steam = Has their foot up their own Arzs
--- GOG Galaxy = Has mostly older outdated Games,
but their Service works way better then Steam does right now.


EPIC Games doesn't have enough Games to beat Steam,
but they do have Games I wouldn't mind buying on their Service,
& they do have Freebies every so often, so thats a Bonus
& that is enough for me to wanna jump over to them after
all the problems with Steam we are all having. If EPIC Games
are having problems right now? It can't be as bad as Steam.



It just seems to me that EPIC Games is the real winner here...

tbh you are wrong about steam gog for example gog might change for the worse meanwhile steam has only made good choices and the new ui is one of those many good choices it doesn't listen to steam fans because said fans are toxic hell does anyone even remember the time steam fans got angry about left dead 2 looking like a copy of left for dead one and now we praise it, steam has many good reasons to Not listen to us or communicate with us there have been rare situations were communication was good but otherwise steam is only trusting the people who made it and not fans who tend to get outraged about anything

those threads are the minority its just most steam users don't bother anymore because if they were to tell them otherwise they refuse to listen the few who do speak out about the threads and just how wrong they are wanna know what happens a back and forth happens were multiple people are arguing and it ends up being completely pointless the majority who aren't speaking out but going on with their day are happy with the new ui and even then time and time again has shown steam users to be in the wrong and there multiple situations that aren't being talked about anymore that can be brought up for reference in short nothing ever happens and this has happened before multiple times steam users are almost statistically speaking never in the right to begin with

also I'm still like 99% sure that valve uses the steam authenticator to bolster it's "mobile users"...
and steam deck to bolster it's "linux users"...

so if like 99% of everyone on steam is also a "mobile user" you can divide every other metric in half... so I guess there's less than 50% of people using anything.

for me a long time user that has researched steam quite abit all of these points are false for example steam isn't the one putting drm anywhere its the devs who choose to do that when putting their game on steam

steam isn't sinking infact steam has only risen because of its status as a good healthy company and again with history of steam in mind the users you are talking about are minority they only make up a small portion of steam and are loud and unreasonable hell there was a political post at one point that got out of hand from the poeple you are referencing to it got deleted because it was breaking the rules its just most average steam users don't care what minority has to say because they always been wrong its going to happen like this again and again and again
