why is rocket league not on steam anymore?
I want Rocket League back on steam

Epic bought the whole dev team and it was their decision to delist RL on Steam

I paid for it on steam and some days later it was free to play on epic. BIG SCAM FROM STEAM

If you're attempting to refund it on Steam, then it's been at least three years since you paid for it. That's not Steam's fault.

I tried to refund it 3 years ago and many times after it. The answer was always no.

Whats your problem ? I paid for a game where steam already know it will get free to play and take the cash. Its was a scam

Your assumption is that Valve knew that. You're not owed a refund if you are outside the refund policy.

It's not a "scam". And if it was one, it's one done by the game developer and the new publisher (Epic), not by Valve.
