Some reports also state that having a game removed from your account will remove associated achievements, though I have no experience with this.
Finally, you can use SteamCMD or the hidden console in the Steam client to issue API commands to reset achievements. I will leave the research for that up to you.
That being said, this does not necessarily remove the achievements from your account. They are still counted for completion since they are something you accomplished on your account. Take this as a valuable life lesson to own your past and use it as an opportunity to educate someone else on the value of embarrassment and being picky about what you play.

Those are 3 ways you can do to remove achievements. Note that achievement data cannot be removed and any achievement you unlocked will be stored into that data forever.
