Ask the publisher, they are the ones that set the price.

That DLC got released last november. If you expected a similar discount as the base game (released 7 years ago) has, you might want to work on managing your expectations better.

They got some cash from selling ad space in the game anyways.

as others said you should ask this question to the publisher if youre that bothered by it. AT the end of the day its the publisher that dictates how much their product is on sale for. I wanted to get farming simulator 22 this sale but its apparently not participating in the sale. you dont see me making a thread here or on the games page about it lol.

Plus the texas dlc is like pretty new. i wouldnt see them giving any kind of heavy discount on it for some time.
