Following ?
Anyone knows whats the point of following steam user? Cuz i press follow steam user, but it never notify me when he/she post new stuff on steam.

Go to your activity feed.

And also make sure you check the box for "When a user I follow: Creates an item?" on this page.

They posted new screen shot and it never notified me.

Maybe a screenshot doesn't constitute "creating". Maybe it has to be user created content like artwork or workshop.

You will never get a +1 notification like you would get when somebody posts in your thread for example. You just see the content of followed users in your activity feed.
