What game on steam did you say: "F'ck this, it has microtransactions, instantly refunding"?
For me it was a platformer I can't remember the name of but it did something stupid:
The trailers looked amazing, because the developers were using a developer mode to not get charged for microtransactions...
It costed $1.00 IRL to jump in the actual game.
I uninstalled it, and even though it was free? I refunded it because it was a disgrace to my games library. You know it's a bad game when you instantly can refund $0, for $0.

Any multiplayer card games as Blizzard's "Hearthstone" or VALVe's version "Artifact" as these sort of games are PURE PAY-2-WIN. Hearthstone in Alpha and Beta was balanced and amazing though, in where crafting cards was also fun.

There are more and more games like these popping up to milk users even more.. and those with the bigger wallet usually wins..

Same goes with games like City Skylines and The Sims.

They sell these games for 2 EUR from time to time and even gone Free-2-Play, but all their ridiculous DLCs of hundreds of EUR.. nah.. I also boycot these games with that amount of DLCs. Why should I play an incomplete game when this game is completed with 1000 DLCs?!

It is a shame on the Anno Series as well as Anno 1800 has also gone this ridiculous DLC path. I am not playing it due to this.. and I have been an Anno fan since 1602.

LMAO I never heard for Valve "card game" so I checked "Atifact" it is sex game some third dev studio....

But for me I would say lot of games are not "pay to win" but release in small version then expand constantly in micro stuff or just skins or similar..... but I personally do not think there is lots of P2win games.... except small phone like games...

Paying for cosmetics or stuff that arent a gamechanger is ok though.

well that is what I got when I typed it in search.... I saw it now.... never knew valve had one...
I think one that you pay to buy is better....

Not to shocking given Artifact was just a Dota Card Battle game like how Hearthstone is a Warcraft battle card game.

ONLY in a f2p game. This is how this ♥♥♥♥♥ began in the first place.

Btw. I tend to avoid all games I have to pay for with in game shops like the blight they are.

Why buy the game if you already know it's a blunder.

They try to lure you in by hiding premium features, then try to charge you by showing them when they're suddenly "needed" for the player. It's scummy but not illegal since the player can say no.
