Average game completion rate changed on steam profile

Hey everyone, today i noticed my average game completion rate on my profile changed from 50% to 63% and achievements earned in games decreased from 1520 to 1330.
Has anyone noticed any difference to their average game completion rate on steam?

I have also noticed when you click on "my games" on your steam profile, hours played and achievements earned look a bit different.

Has steam finally decided not to count the games you have permanently removed from your library, towards average game completion rate or is this just a bug or something?

Valve has been working on the back end for months. This has been screwing with achievement percentages. Don't expect it to stop until they are finished what they are doing. Could be months.
