Importing Steam Folder/games from another hard drive
hey all, I reinstalled my windows but I want to please import my games from the D:. They are all present and before I used to just go to Settings -> Downloads -> Steam library folders and then add the location there. I tried this but it didnt work.
Can someone give me steps. Those steps I tried are from a previous version it seems.
Please can someone tell me how I can import/move the steam folders from another location.
Thanks

Why didn't adding the folder work?

It just created a new folder under D:\SteamLibrary. I then cut the files from the previous Program files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common into the new folder and the games dont appear instealled.
How do I rescan it?

You also have to move the appmanifest (acf) files over. They are in the Steamapps folder.
