Steam Deck in desktop mode

Hello !

I've a little problem with my deck in desktop mode.
I have a keyboard + mouse.
For some time my mouse no longer reacts in desktop mode but still works in gaming mode.
How to fix this ?

If Steam’s closed in Desktop mode you’ll “lose” some mouse functionality.

Usually, there’s very little reason not to have the Steam Client open in Desktop mode.

Depends on what you use it for. I use my SteamDeck at work as a lightweight portable Linux machine for instance.

Keep an eye on it.

It should basically be open by default when you enter Desktop mode, so if you’re not closing it, then something else is going on.
