Capcom Fighting Pack Bundle Pricing Issues

I am looking to pick up Capcom Fighting Collection using the new complete your bundle pack as this is the only title left in the bundle to complete the collection.

Before adding the pack, the store shows $12 USD to complete the pack by purchasing just Capcom Fighting Collection. I own the other three games and all DLC associated with those three titles.

When I add the pack, Steam automatically adds the discounted Ultra Street Fighter 4 ($9 USD), despite the fact that this account owns this game and all the DLC included, which increases the bundle price to $21 USD.

Why is Steam added a game that I own into the bundle when it clearly states I own it and does not include it in the bundle shown before adding to cart, but adds it when I add to cart increasing the price?

Is there something I am not understanding about this bundle? I hope this gets resolved soon so I can finish this collection. Thanks in advance.

Talk to Capcom as they create that bundle. Remember, developers make mistakes all time just like Gearbox did.

Steam support is also a potential contact for this -- no shop should show different prices between "product in cart" and "product not in cart".

Not even sure whether the publisher has that much control over things -- for him, all this should be automatic once he adds the product to the bundle.
