Steam GUI black bars
Recently I've been getting these black bars on steam, any known fixes or ideas?
I can't interact with the window or movie it around unless I use an outside tool ( windows snap )

The steam popups showing so and so is playing this game also come up completely black.

Restarting steam does work..for a while, then the problem comes back.

I am having that same issue. I first noticed the problem today; it happened when I tried to create a search filter in my library.
