No exception.
Family Share was created just to make sharing games possible without anyone else having to login into your account.

I think the forums are bugged, I don't see the star next to your username.

Until they need technical support and have to RMA it. Then it will get ugly.

Just get the Steam Deck from your cousin when she visits and then play games on your account using that. Everything will be fine.
Thanks this was what I wanted to do, he just scared me little bit tho

Unsub from this thread and have fun with your Deck. Anyone can buy one and let their friends/relatives use it.

Don't worry it'll be fine - thousands of Steam Decks are purchased and then gifted as presents without problem. There was an 83 year old on here before Christmas that was buying one for his grandson overseas so it's common and not a problem and I'm sure Valve have taking this into consideration.

It would only become an issue if someone was logging into your account to buy one overseas or you were using another person's bank details. This is not the case here so you'll be fine.

Just get your cousin to use their main account if they aren't buying a Deck themselves and then they can receive a ton of Steam Points for their profile as well as other customisation options.
That would be good but she never used steam before thats why Im gonna teach her how to make one
Yeah... something's off there.

What's off about people buying gifts for their relatives?

Really the only problem I can see right of is you might be locked into using the German payment system until it can get set to your regional currency. I have no Idea how long that might take. Having your cousin just make a throwaway account would get around that, all you would be out is steam points, in which they can just give you a ton of awards until they are spent.
