New Big Picture Mode - Non-Steam Game Artwork

Hi all, loving the new big picture mode however I have 2 issues with it.

Firstly, how do you add artwork to non-steam games? In 'normal' (non big-picture mode) I can add a landscape banner by uploading a jpeg as before, however in big picture mode all of the game titles are in portrait orientation, and are all greyed-out until you click into the game title before launching it. I'd like to add the portrait artwork but can't see any option while in big-picture mode.

Secondly, is there a way to move these 'non-steam games' into the main library section? I just want to see all my games in one section without having them in a separate 'non-steam' section.

im looking for custom artwork as well
