There only one place to contact Steam support, and that steam help section no where else, they don't do phone calls, DM, voice call, discord, twitter, Reddit, Facebook, etc, etc, and etc... They only reply to you when you make a ticket under Steam help page on Steam website only itself.
Now as long you didn't download anything from scammer, didn't provide any login info to scammer, or login from any link the scammer provided, then your fine.
Scammers will do anything to steal whatever they can from you.
Only you can report that person to support. Remove profile link, because it will count as an attempt of naming&shaming and you may get a ban for it.
