How do i grab the icon from the Steam shortcut to add to another shortcut?

I want to play Elden Ring with ModLoader 2 which is a program that allow you to play the game with mods and in off-line mode.
The problem is, i want to change the icon of the shortcut of the .bat file i need to use to play the game that way, but the .exe icon file of ER is ridiculously ugly because it's super low res while the icon for the Steam shortcut for the game is high resolution, but this icon from the Steam shortcut doesn't exist! How is this even possible?
Where do i find this HR icon that is being used by the Steam shortcut?

Go into the folder where desired the .ico file is, copy the desired .ico file somewhere you will remember, then go into the properties of the shortcut you want to change and click change icon. Select the desired .ico file that you saved.

If you have trouble doing this you can always create an .ico file from the one you want. There are numerous tutorials on it, just google. Very easy.

Disregard my post, this is easier and should work.

go to your modloader2 shortcut.

Right click on it.
Go to properties.
Click "change icon"
In the "look for icons in this file:" use (go to): \Steam\steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game\eldenring.exe

Just be sure to make backup files before you start messing on files. Just before you are sure you did it well.
