I've had this question for a while and I am seeing if I can get it answered. When you refund a game, is it possible for the money to go to your steam wallet?

Yes, you can ask in the same ticket you do asking for a refund

Of course. In fact, if your payment method doesn't support refunding, it will always go to the wallet; if it does support refunding, you get to choose.

From Steams perspective, wallet is the preferred one, obviously -- there are no fees, and it's still with Steam.

If you pay with your wallet, the refund can only go back to the wallet.

If you pay with an external payment method, you can choose whether to have it go back to the payment method or wallet. In cases where the payment method can not be refunded, it will automatically bounce back to the wallet.
