Library screen not working

I can’t access my game library from the menu. Every time I try to view the page, it scrolls off the bottom of the screen no matter what mouse button or keyboard button I use.

Also, if I try to run a game from the taskbar Steam Icon, it is so laggy, I can’t get past the start menu options. This is not the case with other software program I am using, so it is only with Steam programs.

I am guessing the two are related. This just started last night. Am hoping it’s just a glitch or setting that can be changed.

Me too! Any ideas? I've been reading forums and reddit... may just have to wait for another update fix. I sent in a request ticket this morning with no response. I can't even run from taskbaR

I had the same problem the other day. I might have found a fix after tinkering with the client settings. What I did was uncheck the following:

Steam/Settings/Interface - Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart)

After I restarted the client, I stopped having the issue

Same problem happens to me for last 2 steam updates and big picture mode doesn't work, this is unacceptable for a billionaire company to break stuff like this.

Their future innovation can eat crap, if it works then don't MESS WITH IT VALVE......

Same problem, after awhile Library is just blank black screen and doesnt work until steam is restart and then after awhile it goes black again..
