Steam just acts as one way to access the game.
Edit: fixed some typos.
Not Steams problem and they can't help
2: disgusting what Amazon is doing if true. o:
If you want it removed from the profile, you will have to contact the game developers. As Steam support already stated towards you.
Anyway contact Amazon about your unjustified ban.
1. Ban random users
2. ???
3. Profit
In short, your conspiracy theory doesn't hold water.
People can also report the product on the Store Page if they believe there's malicious activity, and link to articles in regard to it, especially if they're accurate - in which they will likely investigate. If deemed they are doing malicious activity in terms of banning inactive accounts claiming they are all "cheating", the game could be removed from the store, and the Developer/Publisher could be banned from the store.
If you were game banned in Lost Ark. Contact Amazon and you can appeal the ban - they're looking into the mass ban and some people have already been unbanned. Note, you have to actually appeal for now.
Don't spout such nonsense.
