Im trying to buy something from the ingame store but whenever I try to purchase it im faced with an error screen?? I have enough on my steam wallet so I don't know whats happening.

I've tried clearing my cart and then placing the order again, I've tried all browsers and even restarted my computer but nothing works

I'm also trying to get this in 2k23 to buy some VC. Though I do want to mention this only is happening with one item, as when I try to buy something else in the same store it allows me to.
