Games similar to Skyrim

Somebody has any recomendations for games like TES V: Skyrim?
(Not the games in the typical youtube lists) but i'm looking for games that have some systems like Skyrim. (f.e Kingdom Come: Deliverance or The Outer Worlds)

The primary recommendations will always be the older Elder Scrolls games, the newer Fallout games, Elder Scrolls Online, etc. You simply can't escape those suggestions.

If you want modern first-person fantasy RPGs with an open world and lots of quests, you could try the Piranha Bytes RPGs: the Gothic series, Arcania, the Risen series, and the Elex series.

If you're willing to consider science fiction FPSes in the style of Fallout 3 and 4, this opens the door to more possibilities, such as Deus Ex, Bioshock, and Stalker, depending on how far you're willing go in the first person shooter<->first person RPG continuum. Try checking out Steam's "games like this" for Deus Ex and see where it takes you.

As in unfinished games developed/finished/filled with life by the Modding community?

if so, try Gothic 3.

otherwise Gothic 1-2, not handholding in those though.
