Steam shows Early Access titles even if it is disabled in store preferences

In my store preferences I chose Early Access titles shouldnt show up but still I get plenty of Early Access titles on the general store page.

So how do prevent Steam from presenting any Early Access titles to me?

I dont like Early Access and I really hate it how many are presented to me by steam. There is even no way to tell its in early access until you click on that game just find out its nothing for me.

At least Steam could add an Early Access icon or something in the game thumb so I know this is nothing I am interested in or at least fix the store preference because currently chosing to not show Early Access titles doesnt work.

Not every store section is customized through your preferences.

Your preferences do not have any impact on what is shown in store showcases.

Well you have these options in the store preferences:

STORE CONTENT PREFERENCES
PRODUCT TYPES
Include the following types of products in my store:

Show Early Access titles
Show Prepurchase offers
Show Software
Show Videos & Movies
Show only titles supporting my languages
Show Virtual Reality content

I disabled all of them but I still get Early Access titles in my store.

Yeah that sounds true. Still I cant ignore them since there is no indication which game is early access or isnt.

If the store preferences dont work for performance reasons steam could make an icon on every early access title so I dont bother clicking on them. This is one of the main reasons I dont bother anymore to click on unknown games and it destroys my desire to be on the store page and click through games.
