Launch Options for Non-Steam Games?
Is there a way to make it to where it's just one game added but it has different launch options? Like with a VR game that has a desktop option, before actually playing the game it will give you the option to either play in VR or play in its desktop mode.

Only if the non steam game itself has that launcher option.
The "add non steam game" option is really nothing but giving you a shortcut to the game exe, just like when you get one on your desktop after installing a game.
It has no functions apart from that.
