Steam link and 2 accounts
Is there any possible way that I can use my computer and MY account, while someone using another account connected to another Microsoft account on the same computer who uses steam link to their IPad can still play theirs? And does removing it from family sharing effect anything?

um, a bit confused about what the ipad has to do with any of this.

one account can only be "used" on one computer at a time, it's a licensing agreement that was made, and you agreed to when you bought every game on the store. Basically one computer can play games in the library of an account at a time.

A second account requires you have 2 active sessions with their own accounts, that might be impossible on your OS flavour.

here, a better way to word this as (for a beginning) is, can you have 2 steam accounts on the same pc active at once?

No.

Using a VM for the second account, maybe.

applications (on windows at least) dont like to have 2 copies running at the same time, they share caches poorly etc. Unless they are modern applications and your OS supports multiple active sessions (Windows terminal server) it's going to need a VM, which will eat computer power.
