Yea yet the community profile for the game is full of nude screenshots.
Also you can only view them if you have flagged your account as 18+ and selected the option to have such content visible.
If you have issue with their decision, contact support.
I have tried and asked why its ok for other users to upload the same screenshots but it wasn't for me.
Don't ask about other users. Keep the questions about your own content on your account.
I mean I didn't ask about other users specifically, I pointed out that the uploaded community screenshots on the game's page already contain the same screenshots from many users, and wanted to know why only mine were removed.
Valve manually review all such items before a developer is allowed to publish them. They don't allow porn in any such items and do often tell developers that they have to alter them. At which time the altered version is also manually reviewed.
As for user generated content, the old adage always ring true: just because other people aren't reported it doesn't mean you won't be. As far as the OP goes, he posted on this forum that he thought such content was acceptable. It stands to reason that people on this forum then reported such content to test his claim. He can attempt to play the homophobia card all he wants, but that has nothing to do with people reporting content they consider inappropriate.
But you can only see them if you choose to?
So when uploading theres meant to be a nsfw filter? I never noticed that, but can't check as I'm temporarily not allowed to upload screenshots.
Erm, there are literally hundreds of pornographic games on steam, and you have to consent before being able to view them or the screenshots.
I cannot guarantee you 100% anything. Im not a Steam employee but to my understanding. Doing that alone should reduce the risk for you to get those bans.
I don't think thats necessarily a nsfw issue.
You have options to disable all such content on your account preferences if you don't want to see it:

Note that it says 'store and community', so that would indicate such content is allowed in the community?
The reality is, if we are going to play the rule game, the general guidelines forbid porn content posted by users. And those superseeds everything else. But, its kind of an agreed "silent" agreement that nobody cares about porn art in a porn game. Because its not disruptive at all. But, better still put that NSFW thing on. Better safe than sorry.
Plus, no harm done, having a spoiler tag over that kind of stuff is free publicity. XD
