Download Someone's Animated Artwork
I find lots of stunning artworks on Community and wanna download some of them to customize my profile (author's credit acknowledged). Problem is that they are animated, are there any ways i can download them in their original form?

Right click, "Save as"

Or click on the download button once you opened the artwork in steam.

Ask permission to use it first.

If you fail to ask permission before using them, prepare yourself by getting some legal counsel and have some money saved up somewhere for the inevitable fines.

Without permission, crediting the original author is not a legal defense.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean with that, but if you save a gif picture with chrome or any other browser, then it stays animated. Maybe you are not using a supported program that plays the gif on your computer?

When you right click on a gif, and click save picture as, then you should only be able to save it as a gif or all files. What browser are you using?

Try chrome, Firefox or edge.

Or click on the download button, that will download the gif file on your computer.
