Blurred graphics and bad anti aliasing
Recently built a new PC and the graphics and anti aliasing are terrible and I have stuttering too. It is most noticeable on Steam games like MW2/Warzone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Windows, uninstalling and reinstalling games, HDR off and on and all settings off and on. I tried a new GPU and went from an RX 6600 to a 3060 Ti and no change.
System Specs: i5 12400f, 3060 ti, ddr4 3600Mhz 32gbs, Windows 11 Pro, gigabyte G27Q monitor.

Game name? Under the Artwork of the game in our library is the discussion hub and likely many play that game and have knowledge.
You have asked in Steam discussion.
without know what game I can only suggest
Try changing from directX 12 to directX 11. You can do this either:
- in the game itself on the main menu, by pressing <escape> - settings - graphics and changing Rendering mode to DirectX 11.
I knoiw you are on windows 11 try ahy

Did you turn on DLSS? Maybe on "performance" mode? That can make things look blurrier, though it's helpful for weaker hardware.

What resolution is it set for?

There's a hardware forum that might be more helpful.
