Hiding specific games?

So yes, I'm one of the filthy degenerates with several adult games on my account. I honestly don't care if other people sometimes see what I'm playing or can see I've got lewd things in my library... but I don't really want to have Steam constantly showing all my friends (and anyone they may be streaming to or whatnot) a pop-up message when I start playing one of those games.

I don't want to disable that function for all games, and I don't want to have to remember to constantly toggle my whole account between online and invisible. I was under the impression that "hiding" a game would hide messages like this, but I recently found out from friends that it actually doesn't.

So, is there a way for me to flag certain games as "no-popup" when I start them up?

Nope. You can only hide ALL your game activity via privacy settings or none.
There is no way to just hide individual games.

Honestly, i would just not care about it. I have a bunch of those games too and if some of my friends would give me ♥♥♥♥ about playing them then that is THEIR problem, not mine.

Well, thats just the standard " hide all game activity" setting that the OP already mentioned and does not want. But its the only thing thats available right now on Steam.

I don't care at all about my friends knowing what kind of games I'm playing, or even them finding out what I'm playing right that moment. I just was hoping to avoid it showing up and grabbing their attention as soon as I start playing one.
