Steamworks crashed Windows 10 LTSC with error code KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

I've just installed Windows 10 Enterprise, and this is my first BSOD so far. Right when I was installing a game, Steamworks Common Redistributables also downloaded and installed itself. At that moment the screen flashed, and one minute later I got this Kernel error. I'm reporting this directly to the devs: you need to fix it. I've verified my system files and it's NOT on my end.

I know exactly what you're saying with "get ready for a ride". I've already clean-installed Win10 FOUR times without knowing this caused at least 15% of the BSODs (I had other causes as well, unfortunately. However, they have all been dealt with).
I wonder if Steamwork commons suddenly became incompatible with AMD drivers? Because it's downright breaking the windows system folder and the video drivers in place - and no restore point will work unless you have specialized software.
