Failed to load profile data, please try again
So I have been having a repeated issue with stem, which started last week, came back this weekend and struck today twice.
I have internet, steam store works, but I can't log into my account. When I try to look at anything relating to my account (profile, wishlist, friend list, ...) it says "Failed to load profile data, please try again later". This lasts anywhere from 20 min to 1h + and then fixes itself. But it keeps returning. As I said today it happened twice about 3h apart. As is apparent from me posting it is working now, but who knows for how long.

Now this has to be issue on steam's side, because I can't log in in browser either. Tried both mobile and PC browser. What happens there is that the store loads fine, but the sign in option just doesn't load and after a minute it reloads to home page, still logged out. It also persists on different Wi-Fi and mobile data.

I was worried something was wrong with my account (like it was hacked and steam was doing something to it or whatever) so I made a new account, but that doesn't work properly either.

I mean I should be glad that the issue was temporary, but an hour is still quite a while and it keeps returning. I'll be honest, if from now on any time I want to use steam there is 30% chance that steam won't work for 90 min, that makes this platform borderline unusable.

Does anyone have any idea what's happening or experience with this? As I said this has to be issue on Steam's side, but what is it? Is the part of the server my account (and I guess by bad luck the new one) just in bad shape this last week and this will go away once steam gets around to fixing it? I am grateful for any information. I saw some old threads where people seemed to have a similar issue, but I never saw anyone having it repeated nor have I found solutions.

Also steam support wasn't any help. The email I sent was responded to by asking me to confirm my email (fair I guess) and to send pictures of physically printed CD codes for any game I have on steam from before 2016 (What the hell, how is that relevant!). I gave them the email and I await an answer, but I am not getting my hopes up.

(and before I tyeped this up my account is broken again and I can't post this. So if this ever gets out, that's how tempremental this is. Steam was functioning for about 5 min and broke again. Yeah, if this is the new steam experience I'll sell my soul to the devial and go use epic, becuase right now, the Epic store is SOMEHOW less garbage)

nice to have second opinion. God I hope they fix this. Right now it goes on and off literally by the minute.

I have the same issues, even my STEAM wallet says two different things: one in the upper right corner (next to my nick account) says that I got money (and this is true, the amount is correct), but when I open details for my wallet, it says, that I have no money at all, which is false, because I added funds to my STEAM wallet two weeks ago.
