Nudity allowed ?

I wanna publish an anime and gaming artworks with partial nudity in them ! so my question is what parts are allowed and what parts are not ?

Do not post any content on Steam containing the following:

Porn, inappropriate or offensive content

There is no specific list of what exactly they decide will fall under that category. Best to just not upload any nudity.

It depends on game forum. Some may accept, some may not. Wallpaper Engine will accept you I think.

What about games like resident evil which is horror game but I seen some people post artwork where the main character is partial nude and the game don't even have nudity ! how that will work ?

I wasn't gonna post nudity to game related ! like claire from resident evil where the game don't offer nudity but the artwork does ! that's why I'm confused !

Yes precisely. Wallpaper Engine. Other games' forum (or your own profile page public upload), not so much regardless game does/does not have nudity in the game.

If you're making anime game with lewl with censorship then should be somewhat fine, but depends if what end user gonna see for animation, or suggestion theme that appear when comes to anime theme since there a lot of tension related to that field.

There is option to allow add DLC to remove censorship, which you have to mark it as an adult content so it filter for only people that want said content.

Yes some games do this already on Steam, such as locking animations, outfits, maps/zones, models, or etc to an DLC either they charge small fee, or made it free, and yes they mark the DLC as adult only so only users that went out of their way to enable adult content search will see it.

Either way the problem with this is that game Dev, or support can take action if they think they should, or wants to, and it kind of iffy if people care, or not, and sometimes there people that butt hurt for dumbest things even if there not nudity at all, anyways take it grain of salt what happens, it just hard to suggest what is safe, and not if it not part of the game.

Like if example if character like Leon not running around with the D out, it fine, or like Claire as long not running around with vag, and tits out should be fine with no problems, but again take it with grain of salt about the rules.

Nudity is a very blurry line on Steam and it can be confusing at times what's acceptable. Nudity artwork in games like Resident Evil isn't allowed (far as I know) but people still do it and some artwork gets banned if reported.

Like Tristin said it all depends on the games community rules like Wallpaper Engine, that's probably best way to upload nudity to your profile without problems since they accept adult content.

Far as I know though it all depends on that ADULT tag; If you were to upload nudity artwork to a game like Disney, your artwork would get banned because it's a child friendly game. But if you were to upload to game that has an ADULT tag, you might get away with nudity artwork with/without it being a porn game. It's a weird blurry line on what the games community allows.

All my screenshots for l4d2 that had a screenshot from ingame of a nude zoey or nude rochelle was taken down and i wasn't allowed to upload them again. Meanwhile these was mods i got from the workshop before they was banned.
