Okay I heard you can get a steam deck during the game awards but I got some questions

1.all I know is to sign up and that’s it right and see who wins?

2.it will be free yes like i don’t need to pay or anything? (Might be dumb to ask but beat to know)

3.what happen if I don’t win? (Yes i know another dumb question but curious as well)

4.i still have time to register right?

I'm not saying that to be rude or anything but I don't see how people could explain it better than they already had.

To be eligible, you need to have made a purchase on the Steam store between November 14, 2021 and November 14, 2022. If you buy something today, it's not gonna count. If you bought something from Steam back in June, you're eligible.

If you have not purchased anything before Nov 14th then it too late, do realize we're in December, not November.

It still wouldn't count, the cut off date for buying something on Steam for qualifying is November 14th that was almost a month ago.

No, they're not asking you to buy anything (but you will anyways, eventually *lol* ) - it's just that only people who bought stuff earlier in the year are eligible to enter. If you didn't then you can't enter. Apparently they might still give you the sticker but that's it because you won't be considered a valid entry.

(However, according to your other post about having bought something in June, it seems you might be eligible.)

If you bought something BETWEEN November 14 2021 and November 14 2022,, it counts, it does not matter when game had release it can be any game.

If someone GIFTED TO YOU it does not count, IF you GIFTED TO SOMEONE from your account that you paid via your account it counts, it requires you to BUY something VIA your account, not VIA someone else account.

It does not get any more clear than that has already been repeatly explained, even blogs you read, and direct post from Steam themselves.

If summer 2022 is between two novembers, you are good to go.
