There are porn games on Steam, but you know why they are allowed? Those porn games don't have school girls or young characters.

Steam and other western companies are currently on a quest to oppress the Japanese devs, demanding them to make content featuring adult characters only. That's like destroying 90% of Japanese games, anime, and manga btw, if Japan actually bow down to these demands.

The developers self censor themselves internally during the development stages in order to be able to pass Sony's approval.
Unfortunately the smaller devs don't have much choice other than comply to the rules in order to release their game.

Maybe the solution is to not release their games on PS and be Steam/Switch only, but I'm not sure if it's really an option for them considering sales/profit numbers.

It's CERO C in Japan, target is from 15 to 16, since we have CERO D for 17yo and CERO Z for 18+.

No, ESRB T is from 13 to 16. ESRB M is 17+

The rating isn't really relevant since that happens after the game is made. This is especially true for the ESRB and PEGI ratings on games targeted towards a Japanese audience since they aren't aiming for a particular age rating outside of Japan in the first place.

T is SUPER lenient, btw. I've seen quite a few C-rated games and even a couple D-rated ones get a T without censorship. Ar nosurge being a particular standout. Look up the CGs for that game sometime.

The fact that some game on steam are porn and not censored isn't worst.
what's worst is that some game on steam have CHILD-pornography, zoophyly, or even straight out rape but they are not censored in the slightest.

Steam have a huge amount of porn game were the focus is raping women or underaged girls, then some zoophyly and another layer of child pornography.
None of them are censored.

It's great when people educate themself before going around trying to show the world how better than everyone else they are.

If you want to go against young girls in underwear you should start by going in a crusade against the child pornography that exist everywere in the porn industry in all country around the world, then against many the biggest publisher, (since many of them have quite the big amount of child related problem) then after this you should them aim for politician.
After this you will have other things to do, like bothering people who play a videogame without any sex.
